We have partnered with a new plow company, M & B Landscaping, this year to ensure efficient and thorough snow removal throughout the complex.

• Plowing and Salting: The plow company will prioritize clearing and salting all parking lots and sidewalks.

• Quick Response: A plow truck will be parked on-site at all times for prompt response during snowfalls.

• Parking Lot Clearing: The plow company will initially clear snow along the perimeter walls and open up roadway parking. Once cars move from cleared spots, the company will return to address individual parking spaces.

• 24-Hour Window: The company will return to address individual parking spaces with a 24-Hour window of the snow stopping. If you would like your individual spot cleared, please move your car out of the parking lot or to a cleared "Visitor" parking spot within 12 hours, to ensure your spot gets plowed.

NOTES TO LANDLORDS:

If you rent your unit to tenants, it is your responsibility to educate your tenant about the current policy and make sure that they are aware of the 24-Hour Window in which they have to get their parking spot plowed.
