Pool
Pool is Closed for the 2023 Season.
All Members and guests must register at the gate when entering the pool area. Members are to present Membership Card Or Driver's License with an address within the Coach Light Manor Complex to enter.
Co-owners/residents in good standing and their guests are welcome to use the pool for their enjoyment, but must follow the direction of the pool attendant on duty and all related pool rules.
Pool is open after approval from State of Michigan Health Department, generally Memorial Day. Pool closes Labor Day.
Pool hours are 11:30am - 7:30pm.
All members and guests must register with the gate attendant upon arrival. Membership card must be presented for entry.
Pool Guest Fees are as follows:
Age 16 or older $5.00
Children from 3-15 $2.00
Children under 3 years of age not permitted in pool area .
Monthly Memberships are available for a fee of $100.00
Seasonal Memberships are available for a fee of $200.00
Due to Pool capacity, no more than 6 members per unit.
Pursuant of Sate of Michigan Health Department regulations, showers are required by all entering the pool with no exceptions.
Swim Diapers are NOT allowed. Children MUST be completely potty trained.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult member.
No eating or drinking is allowed in the pool or in the immediate area.
Please eat and drink only at the tables provided.
No glassware of any type is allowed in the pool area.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the pool area.
Please secure all appear and plastic items when not in use.
Smoking is permitted, but please be considerate of non-smokers and use ash trays.
Running, pushing or rough play are NOT permitted. Persons displaying this behavior will be asked to leave and could be subject to to their pool membership being revoked.
NO diving is allowed
Pool attendants are NOT lifeguards. Swim at your own risk. Adults are responsible for children.
Floats or float devices are NOT permitted. Life-vests are allowed and encouraged for small kids.
Pool attendants are authorized to request removal of anyone not adhering to the rules.
Clubhouse
The Coach Light Manor Clubhouse is available for Day Rate (12-Hour rental periods) and Hourly for owners, rental residents and non-residents.
Book the clubhouse well in advance, especially if you are planning an event during peak season.
Be sure to read the rental agreement carefully and understand all of the terms and conditions.
Provide the condo association with accurate information about your event, including the number of guests and the type of activities that will be taking place.

The hours of clubhouse availability are 9am (the day of the rental) to 1am (the morning following the rental).
You can communicate and reserve the 12 hour period that works best for your event, when you make your reservation.
PRICE for Day Rate (12-hour rental):
$250 for Condominium Owners. This must be validated with current drivers license or state issued ID, and compared to our current owner list.
$250 for Current Residents. This must be validated with current driver's license or state issued ID with a Coach Light Manor Address listed as the current address.
$300 for non-owner or non-residents.
An additional security deposit of $250 is required. This deposit will be returned after an inspection has been completed.
Reservations will not be held until Rental Fee and Security Deposit are paid in full.

$100 for non-owner or non-residents.

RULES & GUIDELINES:
Be respectful of the Clubhouse and its facilities.
All rentals are for a 12-hour period of access on the day of your reserved rental.
All decoration, event activities and cleaning need to take place within your reserved 12-hour period.
No tape on walls, fireplace or on counters.
No confetti or glitter in the clubhouse, use of these will result in loss of security deposit.
The Clubhouse renter is responsible for any damage to the Clubhouse or furnishings.
The Clubhouse renter is responsible for cleaning up after the event, and returning it to the same condition it was at the time of check-in.
The Clubhouse renter is not allowed to smoke or bring pets into the clubhouse.
The Clubhouse renter is not allowed to have loud music, as the clubhouse wall is share with one of our residents.
The Clubhouse renter must adhere to the condo association's Rules and Regulations.
The Clubhouse renter and Guests are not permitted to enter the pool area, or saunas.
The Clubhouse renter is not allowed to use the clubhouse for any illegal or harmful activities.
The Clubhouse may not be rented for the use of gambling/gaming per Michigan State Law.
The maximum capacity of the clubhouse is 45 people.
Any repair or cleaning fee that is incurred by the association as the result of a rental, will be deducted from the Clubhouse Renter's security deposit. If these expenses exceed $250, the renter will be billed for this additional cost.
The Coach Light Manor Board of Directors reserves the right to suspend rental privileges for anyone who does not conform to the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement.
PARKING:
The row of parking spots on the west side of the Clubhouse is reserved for the Clubhouse and Pool users.
The row of parking spots further to the west of this same parking lot are reserved for our neighboring condominium association are are not to be used by Clubhouse Renters, Guests, or Pool users.
All cars that are parked in unauthorized areas will be towed. Clubhouse Renters are responsible for advising their guests of this restriction.
CHECKING IN on the day of the Clubhouse Rental:
A representative will provide a key to the Clubhouse.
CHECKING OUT on the day of the Clubhouse Rental:
Clean up, sweep, remove garbage, and wipe surfaces.
Place all garbage bags in the hallway behind the coat closet.
Reset thermostat to 55 degrees in winter, or turn off air-conditioning in summer.
When vacating the Clubhouse, lock all doors, and return the clubhouse key to the lockbox that the Representative will show you upon check-in.
Clubhouse must be vacated no later than 1am (the morning following the rental).
