Coach Light Manor Condo Association is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the operations of the Complex. This hybrid role offers flexibility with remote work options for administrative tasks, while requiring on-site presence for inspections, vendor coordination, and resident interactions.
The Facilities Manager will report directly to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property.
The job will be paid hourly, and have a flexible and negotiable schedule, with an expectation of 20-30 per week.

Responsibilities:
Collect invoices from vendors and forward them to the management company for payment.
Track and manage the budget for maintenance and repairs.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and text messages from owners, residents, and vendors.
Maintain clear and open communication with the Board of Directors.
Provide regular updates on the status of maintenance and repair projects.
Oversee daily maintenance and repair requests, assigning tasks to appropriate vendors.
Coordinate with vendors for scheduling and completion of maintenance and repair work.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to prolong the life of property assets.
Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs) for larger maintenance projects.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding property maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of all owners and residents, including contact information.
Enforce condominium association rules and regulations, including issuing fines for violations.
Coordinate with landscaping and snow removal vendors.
Oversee Pool and Clubhouse maintenance.
Coordinate with the management company on legal and accounting matters as needed.
Assist with the planning and execution of community events.
Participate in Board of Directors meetings.

Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of building maintenance and repair procedures.
